Yes it does create new variants each time, but you do not need to worry about these new variants that will be created with our app as when it reaches to a limit to 99 then app automatically deletes the very first variant created with our app so this way orders on your store won't stop. These new variants we are hiding on product page if it doesn't then you may contact us on support and we will fix it for you.
